Once upon a time, pre VHS, my Mum would be up all hours of the night watching Open University episodes on BBC2 as she worked towards further accreditation in her career. Now you just download it via iTunes. Free if you are just watching but for a price if you actually want to partake in a course and receive the appropriate degree etc. Just announced on iTunes is 'The Science Behind the Bike' a 4 episode look at the science behind some of the infamous 'marginal gains'.
